Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We strive to ship out your order within two business days. Your order will be shipped via the standard shipping method (usually regular surface mail). The arrival expectation is 4 to 14 business days. In some cases, this may take 21 business days or longer to arrive. If your order has not arrived during this time period, please contact us at 608-269-2622.

Due to the large number of items we sell and the cost of some of them, we are unable to stock every item in our warehouse. Sometimes we will have items sent directly to you from the manufacturer and sometimes we will have items shipped to our warehouse and then sent to you.

If you order multiples of an item we may not have enough in stock to ship all at once.

Please make sure that you provide us with the correct shipping address for your package. If you provide us with a bad address and you do not receive your package we cannot be held liable for the loss.

If a package is returned to us because of a bad address provided by you, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you and correct the error. If you choose to have the package sent again you will be billed the appropriate shipping charge. If you choose to cancel the order you will be charged a 10% restocking fee and your shipping charges will not be refunded.

No-Hassle Return Policy

If you would like to return a product, please call or write and explain why you would like to return the product. We request that you try to sell the products for 6 months. This gives the products a chance to sell. We do not accept returns after 1 year. For all returns your store will be given a warehouse credit . Shipping fees are not refundable unless we made an error with your shipment.  Due to the impending changes the the English version (Norvus Ordo) Roman Missals, Sacramentaries, etc., we will be unable to accept returns on these items.

Items must be returned in new condition. No bent corners, stickers, sticker residue, marks, scuffs, shelfwear or other non original marking will be accepted. If they arrived damaged, you will not receive a refund for the return. We recommend insurance on all return packages.

Non-Returnable

We do not allow returns on opened CDs, cassette tapes, DVDs, videos, software, special order items . Any other non-returnable items will be clearly marked as such on the item description page.  Due to the impending changes the the English version (Norvus Ordo) Roman Missals, Sacramentaries, etc., we will be unable to accept returns on these items.

Please do not send items that do not meet the above conditions as you will not receive a refund for them and they will not be returned to you.

Credits will usually be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned order.

Making Returns

Place the merchandise in the original shipping package or another comparable package. Include in the package your order number, the reason for your return and the store name, address and phone number of the person who placed the order. If you are sending back defective merchandise, please describe the defect to us. Please carefully pack and protect the merchandise and wrap the package securely to keep merchandise from moving during shipment.

International Shipping

Do to the nature of shipping internationally, we can not be responsible for lost or misdirected packages. If you are requesting shipment outside of the United States, you take full responsibility for the shipment regardless of whether or not the package arrives. All international orders must be prepaid via Paypal in which you will be Invoiced separately, unless otherwise arranged.
