Membership
Membership is restricted to retail establishments including legitimate parish, diocesan, or retreat retail centers. When signing up online, you are if fact requesting and applying for membership to participate in Wholesale Catholic Good's programs. Certain types of memberships may exist, which may or may not have an annual membership fee. After submitting your request for membership, your membership will be reviewed and, if approval is given, you will be instated into our standard membership program. You will have the ability to purchase goods from Wholesale Catholic Goods at the published price, or in case of an typographical error, the current, actual wholesale price that is being offered at that time. Other membership programs will have their own terms and conditions. Membership can be revoked at anytime with or without notice for any reason including past due accounts. The revoking of a membership can be temporary or permanent and all fees payed are nonrefundable. Membership may also be terminated due to inactivity of the account.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers. Wholesale Catholic Goods does not guarantee the availability of any product or whether a product is still produced as products go in and out of production without notice. Wholesale Catholic Goods shall have the right to refuse, cancel or substitute any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Wholesale Catholic Goods shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. Due to price fluctuations, Wholesale Catholic Goods does not guarantee the prices listed on the website or the wholesale discount that you would receive. You will receive the current wholesale discount of current retail price at the time of shipment.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Wholesale Catholic Goods reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Wholesale Catholic Goods reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $5000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Billing/Inventory Discrepancies
Our goal is to keep accurate billing and accounting records, however, sometimes mistakes do happen and Wholesale Catholic Goods will address these issues as soon as they are apparent. Please contact us as soon as possible with any billing or inventory issues and we will investigate and resolve the issues to our best ability. If an order was placed by credit card, please contact us first to resolve any billing issues and do not request a chargeback from the credit card company. Any chargebacks received will result in a minimum of a $20 fee plus additional fees per chargeback charged to your credit card.
Jurisdiction and Venue
You agree that any legal action brought against Wholesale Catholic Goods shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the Wholesale Catholic Goods sites shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Monroe County, Wisconsin.
